Customers understand and acknowledge any item purchased for a certain shipment date or expected date that does not receive at that specific date cannot use that as a viable refund reasoning. 

Please refrain from ordering something two days before Christmas and then claiming that it didn’t make it leading to a refund request and you wanting keep the item etc. We are a small business. We do not play games, so please do not play games with us! Go do that to Target and Amazon please and thank you!
